30ft pool (with separate shallow
kiddies area), is the perfect shape and size for either a
proper swim or cooling dip, and the
extended deck and covered lanai ensure leisurely days
enjoying the warm Floridian climate or a welcome retreat after a
busy day enjoying the sights and activities of Orlando.

Hot Tub/Spa - what better way to relax and rejuvenate as you
enjoy the stunning lake views and wildlife.
We understand how important safety in
the pool area is, and have installed self-closing patio doors with
handles out of reach of little inquisitive hands.As an additional
barrier there are also alarms on all doors to the pool.

The pool looks directly over the beautiful lake where you
can enjoy fishing, observing the birds and wildlife and
watch the glorious sunset.
The double covered lanai has a cooling ceiling fan and a
designer dining table and chairs for your al-fresco meals or
BBQ. There are also chairs and sun loungers, with smaller
tables for your poolside drinks.

We have
2 King Master Suites, one on each floor, each with an enormous
luxury en-suite bathroom and Cable TV and DVD.
The first floor Master Suite has a gorgeous King size four
poster bed, and its own private balcony, with views of
the pool and lake – ideal for that evening beverage, night-cap, or
morning coffee.
The ground floor Master Suite also has a sumptuous King size four poster bed and its own patio
doors directly onto the pool, ideal for your early morning swim and
coffee.

views over the lake, cable flat screen TV/DVD and a twin bedroom
with conservation views and flat screen cable TV (this twin can also
be converted to a King bed with our create-a-king convertor). The
Family bathroom is conveniently located between the Queen and Twin
bedrooms.
On the ground floor is our Disney themed twin bedroom,
perfect for the young and young at heart, plus another cloakroom
with vanity unit.
Your modern, spacious kitchen is open plan to the family room and
breakfast nook, ensuring cooking and dining are a social experience
for all to enjoy. There is also a breakfast bar and elegant formal
dining room.

We have also provided quality crockery,
cutlery, cooking utensils, pots and pans to satisfy your every need,

large capacity washing machine and a separate dryer. An ironing
board and iron are provided.
