Just to let you know what a wonderful time we had at the villa, it is so beautiful and everything we had wished for.

Eating out was so easy, so much variety and local to the villa.

We had a wonderful time, our granddaughter never stayed out of the pool, we had been at Disney an hour and she said can I go back to the pool now

The villa was great. Everything was clean and in great condition. We had trouble accessing the internet but your Management Company walked me through how to reset it. They were very helpful. There was more than we expected (items and appliances). We had a great time and could not have asked for anything more.

Sunset Lakes is a great location for the parks. We enjoyed the villa, especially the hot tub. We had the upstairs master and the balcony was lovely and the bed the most comfy we have ever had! Your Management Company are excellent.

We all had a great time, the decorations were very welcome and it was very kind of you to leave presents for the children.

The location was ideal as it was close to Disney, other attractions, shops, supermarkets etc. We have stayed previously in other pool homes in the surrounding area but this was by far the best and have already booked for next year. The villa has one of the best plots on Sunset Lakes as the front faces open fields and the rear faces the full length of the lake. This gives spectacular views down the lake both in a morning and especially watching the sun set. The balcony has a sunny outlook with the magnificent views. The villa was clean and tidy and well equipped, we especially like the free internet and high standard of fittings and appliances.

We found the whole experience from the first contact with Dawn to the end of the holiday very helpful and stress free. Can't wait to get back there next year.

The house was very clean an everything we used was in working order, the condition was excellent and every item of high quality and there were some excellent finishing touches.

I have already given details to a friend who is thinking of booking for next year.

Dawn, I can not stress strongly enough how much we enjoyed your home in Florida. From the moment we walked through the door our grandchildren danced,  jumped and general screamed from one room to an other. Ivan and I had planned this vacation to give them lifetime memories and thanks to you and Disney World our plan succeeded.

The house is a wonderful place to escape the frenzy of the Orlando experience. Having areas for play and quiet time made it perfect for a multi-generational family to spend time together and apart.

The house was immaculate when we arrived and had everything needed for a great holiday.

Dawn, We want you to know we would highly recommend your home and although it is very large for Ivan and I,  if we travel to Florida as a family again we will definitely book Villa Sunrise Dream.

We really enjoyed staying at your villa. To be honest.. I really don't know what to mention that can improve a stay at your villa. Everything was there, at the moment we came inside.
 It was clean, the pool area was clean, the water in the pool was not too hot, not cold.. Just good!
The computer, wifi, everything we needed and more was present.
Also it was a very safe feeling that there was an alarm system, and the community had a gate.
We (my wife and I) went to the Orlando area 5 times prior to this one, but I have to say that the location of your house was great.
The week later we went to the beach, and we had rented a house at Fort Myers.
It was a huge house, that was also more expensive. There was no computer, they disabled the wifi (Which I did enabled)
So the experience in the week that we were at your villa, was a lot better than the last week.
Thank you for renting the villa, we loved our stay! :)

Your home is beautiful and is situated in such a great place and it was so relaxing coming home after a hard day on your feet just to relax and jump straight into the pool and although there were eight of us we never felt on top of each other. You have a wonderful home in Kissimmee and your information pack was spot-on in terms of giving us all we needed & your shortcut to the Disney Resorts was brilliant and that served us well on several days.
We think your Villa is very well equipped and a lot of thought seems to have gone in to catering for the needs of families & children with games, DVDs, puzzles, books, toys and car seats. We particularly liked to use the iPod stereo system you have there & it was a very nice surprise to be able to listen to our own music each day.
The best thing we can say about it is that it felt like being at home – comfortable and with all the things we needed to hand to make our stay enjoyable.
Finally I would like to say thank you to you. You have provided excellent communications throughout and have exceeded our expectations. We have stayed at Villas before, booked through holiday companies as part of a package but yours was the first we ever booked and used direct so we were a little cautious about what kind of experience we would have. It has been brilliant!
