Our gorgeous villas are perfectly located, close enough to the attractions (Disney is less than 10 minutes) to return to for a leisurely lunch and cooling swim before enjoying your afternoon/evening entertainment later in the day. Golfers will be spoilt for choice with numerous superb courses nearby.

Each spacious, open 2600sq.ft home is bright, modern and luxuriously appointed with 2 stunning Master Suites each with en-suite bathroom. The upstairs masters have their own private balcony overlooking the lake, and there are 3 further bedrooms, a family room, a second lounge, fully equipped kitchen, formal dining area, games room and utility room. The private pools with extended deck and lanai overlook the stunning lake - enjoy the beautiful sunsets and al fresco dining - and relax and rejuvenate in our fabulous Hot Tub/Spa.

You can also enjoy our Games Room with Pool Table, Air Hockey, and Foosball, and you will never be bored with  Cable TVs, DVDs, Play Station 2s, Netflix TV and Video on Demand, Stereos, Books for all ages, Board Games and Jigsaw Puzzles. For our younger guests we have a travel cot/cribs, highchair, strollers and a selection of toys. A computer with broadband plus wireless internet connection is also provided for our guest use.

Our fantastic, locally based professional management company are there 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for our guests. Our homes are fully licensed and compliant with the state hotel and licensing regulations for complete peace of mind.
